The Foundation of MPower:
Meet Michael “Mike” Consales

Michael “Mike” Consales brings decades of real-world experience, discipline, and leadership to every firearms class he teaches. As a retired volunteer firefighter with 22 years of service, Mike understands the importance of safety, preparation, and remaining calm under pressure. Combined with a 35-year career as a mechanic, his attention to detail and hands-on teaching style make him a trusted and approachable instructor for shooters of all experience levels. As a certified instructor and Range Safety Officer (RSO), Mike specializes in revolver instruction with a strong focus on safe firearm handling, marksmanship fundamentals, and practical defensive shooting techniques. His classes are designed to create a comfortable learning environment where students can build confidence, improve accuracy, and develop responsible firearm habits.Mike’s revolver shooting courses emphasize proper grip, sight alignment, trigger control, loading and unloading procedures, malfunction awareness, and range safety. Whether working with first-time shooters or experienced firearm owners looking to refine their skills, Mike is committed to patient instruction and practical training that students can carry with them both on and off the range.Outside the classroom and range, Mike is an avid motorcycle rider who values freedom, responsibility, and continuous learning, qualities that also define his approach to firearms education. Through his instruction, he continues a lifelong tradition of service by helping others become safer, more knowledgeable, and more confident firearm owners.
