FFL Transfer Services

An FFL transfer is the legal process of moving a firearm from one licensed dealer to another, or from an out-of-state seller to a local dealer where the buyer can complete the background check. Anyone purchasing a firearm online or from an out-of-state retailer needs this service. At M. & M. Consales Services LLC (MPower Firearms and Training Parent Co.), we simplify the process by handling transfers for your online firearm purchases, ensuring every transaction is secure, compliant, and professional.

FFL Transfer FAQ

What do I need to bring for my transfer?

You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID that includes your current physical address. If your ID address is not current, additional documentation (like a vehicle registration) may be required.

When will I know my firearm is ready for pickup?

We will contact you directly via phone or email once your firearm has been logged into our system and is ready for pickup. Tracking showing 'Delivered' does not mean it is immediately ready.

How long does the background check take?

Most background checks through FDLE are instant, but some may take up to a few days for approval. Please note that Florida requires a mandatory 3-day waiting period unless you have a valid CCW.

Do you handle NFA item transfers?

No, M. & M. Consales Services LLC  is strictly a Class 01 FFL dealer. We do not handle transfers for NFA or Class 3 items like silencers or SBRs. We only process standard firearm transactions.
